Basic Art Work: (basically just a vectored eps file - Print/Art Industry Standard)

Detailed info below if needed.
1. All logos and images must be vectored. Created in curves, outlines or paths.
2. Files must be saved in Adobe Illustrator 9.00 eps format.
    Files should be named with batch extension .eps.
3. Indicate PMS colors if desired.
4. All fonts must be saved in paths or outlines (especially Mac files).
    Please list all fonts used.
5. Please do not parse or embed files.
6. Avoid .tif and .bmp files.


Digital Artwork
Digital files are very large and usually need to be express shipped on CD to us or sent thru www.yousendit.com .Create a file that is 75-100 dpi at actual size, so a 08 FT image could be sent as 08” at 750 to 1000 dpi.

1. Create files actual size at 75-100 dpi. (most files will be approximately 25-35 MB).       
    -Either send thru yousendit.com  or express ship CD to us.
2. Transparencies Must be at least 4" X 5" (do not send slides) (seldom used)

***Do not send Quark Express or PageMaker files**


IMPORTANT:
Production begins from date of art approval.
Delays in art approval can and do result in longer production time and can affect the ship date.
