Our inflatable costumes are made to order based on our customer concept or rough submitted image. We create a mock up to show how it would look as a costume, then it goes to the clay model artist who makes a 3 FT tall replica that is scanned into a very a powerful software program that operates a large format vinyl cutting machine for the patterns which are then sewn together. A battery operated backpack fan is then provided along with a spare battery and the finished costume is ready to use.

Our inflatable costumes are made of 08 oz vinyl, the same material used to make rooftop balloons and are designed to give you years of performance.

Lead time is generally 30 days from art approval. Rushes require pre-approval to ensure we can meet your deadline. There is not a finer costume on the market.
