Use the link at the top of our pages to upload large art files or send them direction to our sales department. As a rule, just send us what you have. Our professional in house art department will evaluate your art and design and contact you with any questions or needs. | When you order online, we will still create an invoice, email it to you the next business day and process your work orders. If we have any questions, we will contact you to review. | We can take your order over the phone in as little as 15 minutes start to finish and that will also involve reviewing your needs, design and due date and best ship method to fit your needs. |

Often our customers do not have professional vectored or high resolution images suitable for large format reproduction. Do not worry, either your printer or art person can provide that or we can vectorize your artwork and even re-create your logo or art. Depending on the amount of time it will require there could be a small vector fee or logo creation fee but it will be reviewed with you first and if you agree, we will provide you the professional art file for your future use for large format banner use anytime you should need it. | We will move your order through processing, our art department, our printing department and then our cutting and sewing room. | As a print house, unless a specific Pantone color code is provided, your resulting color may appear different from your computer screen mock up as printing digital dye to fabric will produce different results than paper or vinyl banners. This is eliminated by providing us a PMS color code. |
