Three Delivery Attempts
In case UPS is unable to complete delivery of a package, a nondelivery notice will be left at the consignee's address stating that delivery has been attempted. Thereafter, a second and, if necessary, a third attempt to deliver the package will be made without additional charge.

Address Correction Charge
If UPS is unable to deliver any package because of an incorrect address (including incorrect zip code), UPS will refer to the telephone directory and make every other reasonable effort to secure the correct address. An address correction charge of $12.50 will apply.

UPS Delivery Area Surcharge
Applies to Ground packages delivered to residences in certain ZIP codes to help offset the higher cost of providing service. The surcharge is $2.50 per package - a listing of the applicable ZIP codes is available at www.ups.com or by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS.
