We DO stand behind our quality, but on warranty issues, the customer will be required to pay shipping one way and we will cover return shipping. If it is determined that it is NOT a warranty issue, customer will be responsible for shipping in both directions. We are reasonable and if it is not a warranty issue due to user misuse or damage on users end, we will still work with you to provide a discounted repair or replacement.
Every effort will be made to ensure a satisfied customer. We simply ask that you be honest about how the damage occurred to your air dancer. We have seen units taped to stucco walls, we have seen units left on 24 hours or unplugged and left to scratch up on a dirty tar abrasive rooftop each night. These are not covered. You need to take care of your air dancer. It is worth the trouble because these are truly customer magnets.
We have the highest satisfaction rate of any air dancer provider and we work hard for your business and to keep your business. We are only able to sell them at the price we do because we are the leading manufacturer of air dancers, but due to the small margin we maintain, we need to be firm about the shipping policy and making sure a warranty claim is in fact due to a mistake on our end.
