We are committed to seeing that you have a rewarding and trouble free experience with our advertising inflatables. For this reason, we only recommend high quality and well made units. We will review the pros and cons of your entire consideration. Should you have any problem however, we are available 7 days a week and will work with you on a very fair and reasonable solution.
Online Ordering and Automation
We are able to provide high end inflatables for a low end price through total efficiency and automation. We eliminate redundancy and unnecessary man hours at all levels of our management and manufacturing. We have designed the online ordering process to be simple yet comprehensive. Your order will be charged thru Google Checkout, the most secure form of online transaction processing. You credit card information is maintained on file with Google and you have the option of keeping your email address confidential. You will receive an invoice through Google and your order will be automatically sent to our production department after a careful review by our staff. If there are any special instructions and questions you may have, email us from the order page and as always, feel free to call us directly. Some products, due dates and/or payment methods may require that you call to manually place or modify your order and we are here to assist. When you pay retail, your cost includes all aspects of production, marketing, resellers markup and accounting costs. By streamlining every aspect of your transaction, manufacturing and selling direct online we are able to cut your cost by hundreds of dollars and more than half on basic air dancer products.
Shipping and Production Status
All products ship from CA via UPS standard ground unless otherwise advised. Our shipping rates are actual or sometimes $15 over actual due to additional handling that may be required to process your shipment. As a rule, products are out the door within 5 days for air dancers and Fly Guys. Arrow dancers can take a week longer. Heliums ship within 10 days. Customs, cold airs, apes and rooftops will ship immediately if in stock, otherwise a lead time of 3 to 4 weeks can be expected, plus ground transit time. Our production and customer service department maintain live and realtime order status and feel free to call anytime to check the status of your order. Mock ups are usually done internally for production, but if you require a mock up prior to production, just let us know.

The hardware and fans used are designed to meet market standard quality and we always offer the best hardware available for a reasonable upgrade. We want to give our customers choices, while remaining extremely competitive in marketplace. Our products and pricing is designed to withstand heavy and intense shopping and comparison. We attempt to provide useful information on both our web site and during all phone calls and replies. A customer may call looking for something that we simply feel is not a cost effective solution, or practical, and we will honestly make a recommendation that will be hundreds and often thousands less. The staff you contact will be the highly experienced and industry knowledgeable. We are not resellers, nor in the the business to make a few extra dollars selling an imported air dancer. We are a genuine manufacturer and this is our single focus. We are available nights, weekends and holidays and strive to earn your business.
