RICK PORTNOVA, President and CEO
Rick entered the inflatables business 12 years ago as a sales rep doing hundreds of trade shows for a number of inflatables manufactures. Later he worked in house sales and later went independent as a distributor for a number of manufacturers.
After working in a manufacturing partnership for 2 years, where he subsidized another company with his clientele, hard work and sales, there was a parting of the ways due to serious inequities and failed obligations by the other party, So Rick decided to open up his own full lines factory with emphasis on efficiency, innovation and quality while making sure that the products he chose to offer were a great investment to his customers for a unbeatable value.
We are pleased to announce phenomenal growth over the past 4 years and are the industry leader in the manufacture and providing of SKYFlatable brand air dancers to both retail business owners, ad agencies, corporations and our vast network of both resellers and master distributors. Growth over this same time last year exceeds 168%.
Rick is the visionary that believes no product can not be improved and is credited with the patent pending air vortex reduction base that has dramatically improved the life span of our SKYFlatabe Air Dancers. His commitment to the value of an air dancer to a retailer is unwavering.

BRUCE MESSERMAN, Vice President and Head of Productrion / Sales
Bruce’s experience running major sewing facilities and as an in demand production manger in apparel and sewing industry, in addition to his dedication and get it done ability to manage and oversee the complexities of coordinating all aspects of production from point of contact with customer to inventory control, procurement and guidance of our entire facility and staff makes him a critical component to the growth, success and level of 100% on time delivery and complete customer satisfaction, along with his strict adherence to quality control,
Bruce has the kind of dedication to each customer, whether a large company or a small one man operation, he treats all customers and our commitment to delivery the same,
We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have him aboard and we would not be where we are without his efforts. Bruce is in the office at 4:30am each day and does not leave until all obligations to customer product manufacturing and shipping is completed each day.

SCOTT SWENDENER, Director of Operations
It is Scott that developed our exclusive POLYflate material designed solely for the use in air dancer applications. His analytical approach and vast knowledge in the areas of engineering are unsurpassed and another major factory in the success of this company.
Scott arranges for the gray goods and imported materials required to assemble our products, from materials to hardware. He travels overseas every couple of months to ensure we are getting the vest best in gray goods and raw materials along with hardware.
In addition, he is multi-talented in the respect that he runs our computer servers, networking, computers, phone system and production art final output to the heavy graphic printing equipment. Scott often works until midnight to make sure the next days rolls of wide format production graphics paper rolls are ready and run through our dye syb equipment and heat press to make sure our production commitments are met,
His level of dedication is on par with that of Bruce and again, our growth, expansion and vision of a completely dye sublimated air dancer SKYFlatable would not have been created without his vision and engineering.

RYAN VERONA, Director of Graphics Dept
Ryan is a gifted free hand artist with a talent for combining that with his ability to use the latest in computer graphic professional software that has allowed us to take advantage of the full capabilities of our new full color 2 sided SkyFlatables, as well as create art from scratch from nothing more than a concept to a full 20 FT custom inflatable.
The new designs you see on our air dancers (many more to follow quickly) are the result of his gifted efforts. Ryan is one of those rare individuals who have the natural gift of art and yet the business end to take those creations and implement them into our busy and demanding production schedule and preparing both all mock ups for our customer, all custom design requests and sending ready to print production templates to the Scott who overseas the final OK before print to fabric. Ryan also operates the printing equipment along with Scott and Bruce.
Ryan is available to talk to any of our customers to review their design concept and within a day, will provide them with a spectacular design.
We are very fortunate to have him as a member of our team.

MIGUEL, Director and Head of our Sewing Room
Miguel is a sought after gifted and dedicated sewing room manager and hands on manager who takes every product we make here and takes it from the raw materials to the end product our customer receives. He is the backbone of our manufacturing department and is tireless efforts and strict adherence to quality control and innovative sewing techniques make our vision a reality.
Miguel does not cut corners. He knows that this company is all about quality and more often than not, takes many of our manufacturing ideas and shows us a better way, regardless of whether it is more labor intensive. He took the design we made for the vortex reduction base and found the most efficient way to manufacture that design. It is that kind of talent that makes his service so in demand.
We were very fortunate when the opportunity arose for us to work together full time here in our factory. His integrity is beyond reproach and we consider him and the people he manages to be the only person to run our manufacturing room.

ASMINDA AND MARIA, Sewing Room
Even though we are a tent, flag and inflatable company. none of these products can be made without the use of a skilled sewing team. Although not all of our team was present when we needed to grab photos for this page, they will be added later.
Our sewing team and the equipment and talent and dedication they present, keeps our product workmanship beyond reproach. This team has a reputation in the garment industry and when we had the opportunity a few years ago to bring them into our factory full time, we were delighted.
Almost every product that goes to our customers has been cut, handcrafted and sewn by this talented team and we are fortunate to have them on our team

Customer Service
We treat each customer as if they are our largest customer, whether a small retail operation or a large ad agency or corporate account. Our attitude is that each sale, one at a time, has built and continues to build our company. Our company has never experienced a charge back and we have never lost a customer on how we handled a problem or warranty claim..
Online Ordering and Automation
We offer online ordering for those who wish to simply order online. Each of our products can be purchased online. Our new Skyflatables have many more options that our prior units so we are updating that ordering system, but in the meantime, we ask that you simply use the comments field to describe the unit design you are requesting and our art department will contact you and send you a first draft mock up of your design for approval. The comments field will override any drop down options that may contradict your comments box description. Even though you can order online, we will manually process each order and make your unit by hand upon art approval.
Shipping and Production Status
All products ship from CA via FedEx standard ground unless otherwise advised. Our shipping rates are actual or sometimes $15 over actual due to additional handling that may be required to process your shipment. As a rule, products are out the door within 3-4 days for air dancers and Fly Guys. Heliums ship within 10 days. Customs, cold airs, apes and rooftops will ship immediately if in stock, otherwise a lead time of 3 weeks can be expected, plus ground transit time. Hot Air shaped rooftops are ready in one week. Our production and customer service department maintain live and realtime order status and feel free to call anytime to check the status of your order.

The hardware and fans used are designed to meet market standard quality and we always offer the best hardware available for a reasonable upgrade. We want to give our customers choices, while remaining extremely competitive in marketplace. Our products and pricing is designed to withstand heavy and intense shopping and comparison. We attempt to provide useful information on both our web site and during all phone calls and replies. A customer may call looking for something that we simply feel is not a cost effective solution, or practical, and we will honestly make a recommendation that will be hundreds and often thousands less. The staff you contact will be the highly experienced and industry knowledgeable. We are not resellers, nor in the the business to make a few extra dollars selling an imported air dancer. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
There are no refunds or exchanges as each unit is made to order for each customer.
Will will consider an partial refund exchange on non custom products provided it is something that can be re-stocked and sold again, but those are considered on a case by case basis.
