Note: Fabric life span is based on 8 hour days, 5 days a week in average conditions and assuming the unit is run over a clean surface area. Excessive daily hours, high UV areas and less than desirable conditions can greatly shorten your units life span.  For rooftop installations, we recommend surrounding your unit with tarps to protect from abrasion on the roof flooring when unplugged. Unlike other ripstops, Fibermax is not affected by water.

Our Construction, Materials, Workmanship, Service and Warranty
Material
We ony use proprietary FIBERMAX 1.5 oz yacht sail racing spinnaker ripstop material. A three foot section of our air dancers are worth more than all the material used to make the inferior units or any imported air dancers and costs 4 times more than our competitors 1.3 oz imported ripstop from Taiwan.
Seam Work
Our sewing equipment uses a time tested durable 5 thread stitch and is double stitched with all seams inside the air dancer to protect the thread inner body seams from sun exposure. Our lettering is also zigzag stitched  to disburse the load of the stitching on the lettering and to maintain the highest level of material integrity for a longer lasting unit.
Thread
We use only Heminway and Bartlet UV V69 polyester thread designed and used almost exclusively for the yacht racing industry sail manufacturing. It is the best thread available anywhere. It has UV protection and is a state of the art manufactured thread. Others use a lightweight nylon and many simply use a basic cotton single stitch. Our Velcro is genuine name brand Velcro known for it’s superior construction.
Lettering
We use only proprietary Dacron boat sail insignia cloth from the yachting industry’s leading supplier. It is cut, adhered and stitched on. We then allow it to set  for extra adhesion and our lettering is sewn on with the same V69 highest grade polyester UV inhibited thread that we use on the seam work mentioned above.
Hardware
We only use time tested 3/4 HP 18” fans and we are currently offering a $30 UPGRADE to the B-Air Big Bear 2 fan which is considered the industry’s gold standard fan, It has more copper and a very high quality switch, comes with a 25 FT power cord, locking wheels and a leash for easy movement of the unit.
Warranty
We offer the strongest warranty in the industry. Our B-Air fans carry an exclusive 3 year warranty, standard fans have a 2 year warranty. Our air dancer fabrics are covered for 3 month for complete coverage of material, lettering and seam work and our seams are covered for 6 months. We also exclusively cover shipping both ways on fabric returns for repair or replacement under warranty and we cover shipping one way on fan return warranty related issues.  Units must be returned for review to determine if a warranty issue. If not, we will work with you to discount a replacement should the damage be the end users fault. Our new Tank version is expected to last 25% to 50% longer and since release, we will determine an new longer appropriate warranty after June 2010.
Service
Our office is open from 5am to 6pm PT daily and you will rarely ever get a voicemail. We review your needs, budget, logistics, type of business, visibility and location with you to determine the best and most cost effective solution that will yield you the highest return on your purchase. We are very helpful both pre-sale, but most importantly we are there to assist you post sale.  Everyone is helpful when they want your money, but if there is a problem or you need assistance post sale, that is when a companies service really shines. We have a fantastic customer service history and returns or refunds are virtually unheard of because we are upfront, honest and provide a high quality unit.
Repairs
Where very often others will tell you that the unit you sent in for repair is no longer repairable, we actually go through your unit and using special glues and ripstop seam tapes and kit glues, we will go through your entire air dancer and do what we can to extend it’s life span for you.

HOW TO SPOT A POORLY MADE U.S, UNIT.

UNLIKE OTHER U,S, MADE UNITS THAT LAST 3 MONTHS, OUR UNIT WAS CAREFULLY ENGINEERED AND IS MADE WITH A MATERIAL THAT DOES NOT STRETCH. WHILE OTHER U.S. COMPANY’S AIR DANCER LETTERING WILL TEAR AFTER JUST 3 TO 9 WEEKS, WE DON’T HAVE THAT PROBLEM. THE REASON LETTERING TEARS IS BECAUSE THE AREA BELOW THE LETTERING IS GLUED AND STITCHED THUS NOT ALLOWING FOR ANY STRETCH WHILE THE AREA AROUND THE LETTERING IS MADE OF NON-FIBERMAX MATERIAL THAT STRETCHES. THE DIFFERENTIAL BETWEEN THE NON-STRETCHING AREA AROUND THE LETTERING AND THE AREA THAT STRETCHES CREATES STRESS AREAS THAT TEAR. FIBERMAX DOES NOT STRETCH.  IN ADDITION, WE ZIGZAG STITCH ON OUR LETTERING FOR BETTER DISBURSEMENT OF THE LOAD ON THE LETTERING AREA.  IT IS HARD TO SEE IN THE PHOTO AT RIGHT, BUT EVEN THE AREA BELOW THE MOUTH IS TORN FROM THE STRESS AREA WE JUST DESCRIBED. ADD TO THAT, ALL OTHER U,S,  COMPANIES IMPORT THEIR RIPSTOP  SOME OF THAT IMPORTED TAWAIN RIPSTOP HAS SUCH POOR DIMENSIONAL STABILITY THAT YOU CAN PULL IT LIKE PLASTIC FOOD WRAP. THIS CHEAP MATERIAL CAUSES THE AIR DANCER AND LETTERING TO TWIST  IN ADDITION TO TEARING EASILY.  FIBERMAX IS TOUGH. IT HAS TO BE. IT WAS MADE TO BE USED ON ALL THE LARGEST AND MOST EXPENSIVE SAILING YACHTS WORLDWIDE.

People spend the extra money for a second fan and overall higher price when they want a “fascinating to watch” two leg air dancer”. Unfortunately, many people are fooled by still photos and are told their two leg air dancers will be the same, but they are not. MATERIAL
We exclusively use 1.5 oz Fibermax racing yacht spinnaker material and Bartlet and Heminway V69 UV polyester thread. Our units are built to the same standards as spinnakers used on racing and high end yachts..

ARTWORK AND MANUFACTURING
Our artwork is genuine boat sail insignia material used to sew numbers on boat sails. Each letter is  cut, applied with adhesive  and sewn onto the air dancer. All of our seams are double-stitched and folded. Lettering is zigzag stitched to disburse stress load.Our dancing balloons have the highest life span possible

We have never sold a dancing balloon or Fly Guy to someone and had them call back and complain about either the quality or performance.
