We are one of only a small handful of companies that provide the aluminum pole with internal cord, steel whip and high quality double 3 ball bearing system built into the pole. Our poles will not break and 10+ years. Read other websites, they will tell you to avoid pole breakage, do not use on windy days. Other poles, whether the cheapest or the ones that look similar to ours will all break PERIOD. You do not want a fiberglass pole of any kind. We have two styles to choose from, the Feather (often called Swooper, Flutter, Bow or Wind Flag) and Teardrop style.
The Feather Flag design provides more sign area and produces movement which is key to getting a driver’s attention. The teardrop is an attractive design, but due to it’s design, it’s pole is not as sturdy. We usually always recommend the Feather Flag design.

We encourage you to watch our video (top of page), to shop hard. Examine the pole hardware. Ask the company if the pole has a ball bearing swivel system and if so, is it in the pole (like ours) on in the base (like the cheap fiberglass breaking ones). Ask if the pole has a steep whip on top and or is it fiberglass. If you are not getting the same pole that we use, you’re pole will likely break from a sudden wind gust. The Fiberglass poles, even the aviation quality fiberglass will simply break.
